Before You Start
  • You are subscribing to the Flight Plan.
  • $1,500/month, GST inclusive.
  • No annual Flight option is currently offered unless separately agreed.
  • Usage-based charges for SMS, calls, email, AI, domains, verification, premium integrations, and third-party tools may apply in addition to the subscription.
  • There is no usage cap unless agreed in writing. The client pays all usage generated through the client account and connected services.
  • Monthly plans require 30 days' written cancellation notice.
  • After cancellation or expiry of the paid term, access to Provider Nest-managed systems and MyNestCRM/GHL ends unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • The client may keep/export agreed client-owned assets, including client data, brand assets, and supplied content.
  • Provider Nest retains reusable workflows, templates, prompts, automations, architecture, methods, and platform configuration unless separately agreed in writing.

After payment, Provider Nest will email your receipt, onboarding form, and a copy of the accepted Flight Plan Service Agreement.

    We configure the relevant advanced workflows, dashboards, automations, reporting views, follow-up processes, and operational visibility tools based on your package scope and business requirements.

This timeline depends on the client providing all required logins, access credentials, completed onboarding forms, content, system requirements, and approval details within 5 business days of sign-up.

More complex workflow, reporting, AI, or integration requirements may extend the setup timeline depending on scope.

If required information is delayed, the setup timeline may be extended.

Once checkout is complete, Provider Nest will send you the technical onboarding form.

You will be asked for:
